Use this page even when the Android app is not installed. Follow the steps in order.

Step 2. Check your membership
Automatic renewal is on, so the account cannot be deleted yet.
Deleting your account does not stop the payment provider from charging you. Cancel automatic renewal first, then check again. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for; you do not need to wait for it to end.
Step 3. Read this before you delete
Deletion cannot be undone
- All your account data, test history, results, progress, flashcards and Miu history will be permanently deleted.
- Any remaining Premium time will be lost and will not be refunded, except as set out in the Refund Policy.
- Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by law.
