Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Mocklet's Digital SAT and PSAT practice website and Android application, whether you use the English or the Vietnamese interface. When you register, you tick an unticked box to agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, including the processing of your personal data. Mocklet records that agreement with the policy version, language and time.
Working days. In these Terms and in Mocklet's other policies, "working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and Tết (Lunar New Year) days off under Vietnamese law.
1. Service operator
Mocklet is provided by SCOREWISE LABS ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED.

2. Educational service
Mocklet provides independent educational practice and progress tools. Mocklet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any testing organization.
3. Conditions and limits of service
3.1 Who may use Mocklet. Mocklet is for students and others preparing for the Digital SAT or PSAT. You give your year of birth when you register.
- People under 13 cannot register.
- Users under 16 should use Mocklet with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian can contact support@mocklet.app to review or delete the child's data.
- If you are below the age at which you can enter a paid transaction where you live, a parent or legal guardian must make or authorize the purchase. Do not use someone else's payment method without permission.
3.2 Where and how the service is provided. The service is provided online.
- The English website charges in USD through Creem.
- The Vietnamese website lists prices in VND, but VND checkout is not open yet.
- Purchases in the Android app are paid through Google Play.
- Creem or Google Play may not support every country or payment method.
3.3 Accounts and devices.
- One account is for one person and may not be shared.
- You can use Mocklet in a current version of a web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) and in the Android app. The iOS app has not been released.
- You can sign in on several devices, but you can work on only one test at a time.
- A stable internet connection is required.
3.4 Plan limits.
- Free: 1 full test every rolling 7 days, 1 focused or custom test every rolling 24 hours, and 10 Miu AI study coach requests per day.
- Premium: unlimited full tests and practice, and 50 Miu requests per day.
3.5 Availability.
- Mocklet works to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be available 100% of the time.
- Planned maintenance is announced at least 3 working days in advance.
- If interruptions caused by Mocklet total more than 48 hours in one paid period, Mocklet adds the equivalent time to your plan. If you do not want extra time, Mocklet refunds the affected part of the price pro rata, as set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
3.6 Content and results.
- Tests and questions are written by Mocklet for practice. They are not official College Board tests.
- Scores on Mocklet are estimates. They are not actual test scores or a guarantee of future results.
- Explanations and recommendations are learning aids. Content may be corrected, replaced or retired.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You may use Mocklet for personal study. You may not:
- impersonate another person or share your account;
- disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or attack the system;
- use automated tools to collect content, or reverse engineer protected test delivery;
- copy or redistribute tests and questions;
- upload malicious material, commit payment fraud, or use the service unlawfully.
5. Prices, purchase forms and payment
Prices. Starter is USD 24.99 for 3 months, Pro USD 34.99 for 6 months and Advance USD 54.99 for 12 months on the English website. Listed prices include value-added tax (VAT), if applicable, under current Vietnamese law. These are totals for the whole period, not monthly prices. The Vietnamese website lists Starter at 660,000 VND, Pro at 1,100,000 VND and Advance at 1,650,000 VND for the same periods, but VND checkout is not open yet; the conditions for VND purchases will be published before it opens. Android prices and currency are shown by Google Play and may differ. Listed prices apply to new purchases from October 1, 2026 until changed with notice. The price you paid stays the same for your whole paid period.
Two purchase forms. Premium can be bought in two ways:
- One-time purchase of 3, 6 or 12 months. It does not renew, and the contract ends automatically at the end of the period.
- Automatic renewal, which is optional. It is switched on only if you tick it before payment; the box is never preselected. The plan then renews for the same period until you cancel.
Before you pay. You select a plan, review the amount charged today and, for automatic renewal, the renewal price and interval, and accept the purchase terms. The payment provider shows the final amount before you authorize payment. Do not pay if those details differ from what you intend to buy. Free access requires no card, and new Premium purchases have no free trial.
Start of access. Premium starts after the payment provider confirms payment, not when you click a purchase button. Closing checkout without paying does not activate Premium. One-time access lasts the purchased number of calendar months from its first verified activation; repeated payment notifications do not restart or extend it. Your bank may add currency conversion or card fees outside Mocklet's control.
Invoices. Every subscription payment comes with an invoice: for website payments in USD, Creem, as Merchant of Record, issues the invoice; for Android, Google Play issues it; once VND payment opens, Mocklet will issue a Vietnamese electronic invoice for each payment. If you need an invoice with your company's details, contact support@mocklet.app within the month in which you paid.
6. Payment providers and Mocklet's responsibility
Mocklet is directly responsible to you for the service, for reviewing your requests and for paying refunds it has approved.
Creem processes website payments as Merchant of Record. Creem is the Merchant of Record for website payments: it collects payment, issues the invoice for each payment and handles transaction taxes. Google Play processes Android payments. Payment details are entered on the provider's page; Mocklet does not receive or store full card numbers or CVV.
Creem's Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice, and Google Play's terms, describe how those providers process payments. They do not reduce your rights under these Terms, the Cancellation and Refund Policy or Vietnamese law.
7. Renewal reminders, cancellation and end of contract
Notices. For automatic renewal, Mocklet emails a reminder at least 7 working days before the renewal charge, stating the amount, the charge date and how to cancel. For a one-time purchase, Mocklet emails a notice at least 7 working days before the paid period ends. Check your provider's billing schedule as well; a missing email does not change the schedule or limit your rights.
How to cancel renewal. For website purchases, cancel in Profile, which opens Creem's billing portal. For Android purchases, cancel in Google Play. Cancel before the next charge date and check the provider's confirmation. Uninstalling the app, signing out or deleting your account does not by itself stop provider billing.
When the contract ends. A one-time purchase ends at the end of its paid period. When you cancel renewal, the contract ends at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Premium until then. If you ask Mocklet to end the contract, Mocklet confirms receipt within 3 working days.
Price changes. The renewal price and interval disclosed at purchase apply to an existing subscription. Mocklet does not charge a new renewal price unless it has notified you in advance through the provider's notice and consent process. Updating the public pricing page alone does not authorize a different charge.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, the provider may retry and apply a grace period. A failed payment or a temporary loss of Premium does not mean the subscription is canceled; check its status with the provider.
Purchase records. Mocklet records the time of your purchase confirmation, the offer and renewal terms shown, and the version of the policies presented. See the Privacy Policy for how these records are kept.
8. Refunds
The Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out Mocklet's 7-day first-purchase refund, the 72-hour refund for an unintended unused renewal, your rights to end the contract and receive a refund under law, and how requests are handled. Cancelling renewal does not by itself refund an earlier payment.
9. Suspension of accounts
Mocklet may suspend or refuse service to an account only in these cases:
- payment fraud or use of a payment method without permission;
- sharing an account with other people;
- using automated tools to collect content;
- copying or redistributing tests and questions;
- attacking or disrupting the system, or a security threat to the account;
- when a competent authority requires it.
Mocklet tells you by email, stating the reason and how to complain. You can complain by replying to that email or writing to support@mocklet.app; Mocklet confirms receipt within 3 working days and replies with the result within 7 working days. If a suspension turns out not to be your fault, Mocklet adds the lost Premium time to your plan.
Access may also end when a payment expires, fails, is reversed or is fully refunded.
10. Account deletion
You can delete your account yourself on the account-deletion page.
- If an auto-renewing plan is active, you must cancel automatic renewal first: in Profile, which opens Creem's billing portal, for website purchases, or in Google Play for Android purchases. Deletion stays blocked until renewal is canceled, so billing cannot continue after the account is gone. A one-time purchase has no renewal to cancel.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account data, test history, results, progress, flashcards and Miu history are deleted.
- Any remaining Premium time ends with the account and is not refunded, except where the Cancellation and Refund Policy or the law provides otherwise.
- Payment records and invoices are kept for the period required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You can also ask for deletion by emailing support@mocklet.app from your account email. Mocklet completes such a request within 7 working days.
11. Liability
Mocklet is responsible for providing the service as described in these Terms and is liable for damage it causes as provided by Vietnamese law. Interruptions are handled as set out in section 3.5. Mocklet is not responsible for decisions you make based on practice estimates, or for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control or by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your sign-in details. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot be limited under Vietnamese consumer protection law.
12. Changes to these Terms
- Mocklet may update these Terms when the service changes. Each version shows its effective date.
- For a change that is adverse to you, Mocklet emails you at least 15 days before it takes effect.
- You may reject the change and end the contract before it takes effect. Mocklet then refunds the unused part of your paid period pro rata.
- Continuing to use the service is not treated as agreement to an adverse change.
- New terms do not change a consent already recorded or authorize a new price on an existing subscription.
13. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints through the contact page or to support@mocklet.app. Mocklet confirms receipt within 3 working days and replies with the result within 7 working days; if more time is needed, Mocklet tells you why and gives a new date. Contacting Mocklet first is not required before you complain to your bank, a payment provider, a consumer protection authority or a court. These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law and do not waive your mandatory consumer rights.
