Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Mocklet's Digital SAT and PSAT practice website and Android application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Educational service
Mocklet provides independent educational practice and progress tools. Mocklet operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any testing organization.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, share an account in a way that compromises security, or use automated methods to abuse the service.
Acceptable use
You may use Mocklet for personal educational practice. You may not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, scrape protected content at scale, reverse engineer protected assessment delivery, upload malicious material, or use the service unlawfully.
Content and results
Practice scores, estimates, recommendations, and explanations are educational tools. They are not actual test scores or guarantees of future performance. Content may be corrected, replaced, or retired.
Availability
The service may be changed, suspended, or unavailable due to maintenance, security, infrastructure, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Mocklet does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Paid subscriptions
Website subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle as merchant of record. Android subscriptions are billed by Google Play, and iOS subscriptions, when offered, are billed by Apple. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the provider before renewal. Canceling stops future renewal; paid access normally continues through the current paid period. Mocklet grants access only after the payment provider confirms the purchase and may suspend access when a payment is reversed, refunded, expired, or invalid.
Refunds
Refund handling depends on the payment provider and applicable consumer law. See the Mocklet Refund Policy. Paddle processes website refunds, Google Play handles Play purchases, and Apple decides App Store refund requests.
Account termination and deletion
You may permanently delete your account using Mocklet's account-deletion page. An active paid subscription must be canceled before deletion so billing is not orphaned. Store-managed subscriptions must be canceled through the applicable store. Mocklet may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mocklet is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of educational estimates, interruptions, or unauthorized account access outside Mocklet's reasonable control.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
