Privacy Policy
Mocklet collects account details, essential security records, learning activity, progress, and limited subscription information needed to operate the service. Mocklet does not collect or store full card numbers or CVV. Google Play or Apple processes payment information under its own terms.
Information is used to authenticate accounts, save practice activity, calculate progress, prevent abuse, provide paid access, and send essential account messages. Mocklet does not sell personal information. Essential session and CSRF cookies protect sign-in; optional website analytics may be declined.
You may update available account information, sign out, reset eligible passwords, or permanently delete the account. See the complete Privacy Policy for provider, security, retention, children, and disclosure details.

Terms of Service
Mocklet is an independent educational practice platform. Practice scores, estimates, recommendations, and explanations are educational tools, not official test results or guarantees. Accounts must be used lawfully and without bypassing security controls or scraping protected content.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled with the billing provider before renewal. Access may change when a payment expires, is reversed, or is refunded. See the complete Terms of Service for acceptable use, availability, disclaimers, and termination terms.

Refund Policy
Website checkout is temporarily unavailable while Mocklet selects a new payment service. Google Play handles Android purchases, and Apple handles App Store purchases. Canceling prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current period.
You may request review of eligible website charges within 14 days. Duplicate or unauthorized charges, material access failures, and applicable consumer rights receive priority. See the complete Refund Policy for eligibility and provider-specific instructions.

Account deletion
Permanent deletion removes your profile, credentials, sessions, attempts, answers, results, progress, and related Mocklet account data. It cannot be undone. Deleting an account does not cancel an active Google Play or Apple subscription; cancel it with the provider first.
