MockletTerms

Refund Policy

Effective date: August 13, 2026

This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for Mocklet subscriptions. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right available under the laws that apply to you.

Website purchases through Paddle

Paddle is Mocklet's authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for website purchases. Paddle processes the payment, issues transaction documents, calculates and handles applicable sales taxes, and executes approved payment refunds under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.

Mocklet does not collect or store your full payment-card number, CVV, or card authentication data. Payment details are submitted directly to Paddle and its authorized payment providers. Never send card details to Mocklet support.

Paddle is responsible for its secure payment-processing environment and its handling of payment data. Mocklet remains responsible for the Mocklet account, paid-access provisioning, and delivery of the Mocklet service.

Free trials and renewals

A website trial is free for the period shown at checkout and requires a payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it converts automatically to the subscription term and localized total you confirmed in Paddle Checkout. Canceling before the trial ends prevents the first subscription charge. Canceling after a charge stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current subscription period.

When a refund may be available

You may request a review within 14 days of an initial website charge or renewal. We prioritize duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, a material failure to provide paid access, and extended service unavailability. Eligibility is assessed using account activity, transaction history, the circumstances of the request, Paddle's Buyer Terms, and applicable law.

Except where required by law, refunds may be declined for change of mind after substantial use, failure to cancel a clearly disclosed trial or renewal in time, abuse, fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service. Partial billing periods and unused time are not automatically refundable.

How website refunds are processed

Contact Mocklet support with the account email, purchase date, and Paddle transaction reference, or use Paddle's buyer support channel. Mocklet reviews product-access and service-delivery facts; Paddle processes the payment-side request as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the receiving financial institution. Mocklet never asks you to accept an off-platform refund.

Google Play purchases

Refunds for Android purchases are handled through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's rules and applicable law. Use Google Play's refund flow first, especially during the first 48 hours. After that period, contact Mocklet support if you need help investigating a purchase.

Apple App Store purchases

Apple reviews and decides App Store refund requests. Submit the request through Apple's purchase support or refund flow. Mocklet cannot guarantee or directly issue an Apple refund.

Effect on access

A pending request does not immediately change access. A full approved refund, payment reversal, or chargeback may end the related paid entitlement. Partial refunds are handled case by case and do not normally change access unless the provider reports otherwise.
