Can an international freshman receive it?
International and nonresident students can benefit from the resident-tuition waiver when they receive a qualifying competitive scholarship, but each underlying award must be confirmed.
Extra conditions and deadlines
SAT is only one condition. Honors admission, major or other program rules and the minimum qualifying award for the tuition waiver may apply.
A qualifying score is not an award offer. Confirm admission, transcript conversion, official-score rules, funding availability and renewal conditions with the university.
