Can an international freshman receive it?
The award changes tuition to the New Mexico resident rate. It is not a cash payment and cannot be stacked with another UNM scholarship.
Before applying
Deadline and conditions
The international page lists February 15 for fall and September 15 for spring as priority dates, subject to availability.
A qualifying score is not an award offer. Confirm admission, transcript conversion, official-score rules, funding availability and renewal conditions with the university.
