What does a 1300 SAT mean here?
For the 2026–27 award year, a 1300 SAT and a GPA of 3.50 fall in the $10,000-per-year SAT/ACT tier. Admission, score review, and university scholarship conditions still apply.
Do not add the SAT/ACT amount to the International Academic Excellence award. The higher-value award is used.
ACT & SAT Scholarships: SAT and scholarship amounts
Both SAT band and GPA band determine the published annual amount. The SAT/ACT scholarship cannot be added to the International Academic Excellence Scholarship; Ole Miss activates whichever has the higher value. Awards can renew for up to four years if all conditions are met.

Can an international freshman receive this award?
The university explicitly says admitted international undergraduate students are automatically considered for its SAT/ACT scholarship. Entering freshmen need at least a 3.0 high-school GPA on the U.S. scale and a 1160 SAT or 24 ACT for a test-based award. International Enrollment Management evaluates scores before Financial Aid approval.
